9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Messages received outside business hours, weekends, or holidays will be answered as soon as possible.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, response times may be slightly longer.

Order Support

For questions regarding an existing order, please contact us before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to work with you to find a solution.

  • Order changes can only be made before production begins.
  • Personalized order details cannot be changed after production has started.
  • We cannot guarantee changes requested after an order has entered production.

Custom Orders & Design Questions

We welcome custom requests and personalization questions.

When requesting a custom design, please provide:

  • Desired wording
  • Preferred colors
  • Theme or inspiration
  • Any important dates, names, or details

Custom requests are reviewed based on availability, production schedule, and design requirements.

Marketplace Customers

For orders placed through Etsy or other marketplaces, please use the messaging system connected to your purchase whenever possible so your order information can be easily located.
