Welcome to The Milestone Shop. By visiting our website, placing an order through our website or Shopify store, or purchasing from our Etsy shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Us
The Milestone Shop creates personalized and non-personalized products designed to celebrate life’s special moments, including apparel, gifts, party décor, keepsakes, digital downloads, and seasonal merchandise.
Ordering
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All personalization details (names, dates, colors, sizes, wording, etc.) are accurate.
- You have permission to use any photos, logos, or artwork you upload.
- You understand production will begin after payment is received.
The Milestone Shop is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling, grammar, or design errors.
Personalized Products
Because personalized products are made specifically for you:
- Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, sizing errors, or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.
- Proofs are only provided when stated in the product listing.
Non-Personalized Products
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All digital sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are available.
- Files are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not:
- Resell files
- Share files
- Upload files to other marketplaces
- Claim artwork as their own
Production Times
Each listing contains an estimated production timeframe.
Production times may increase during:
- Holidays
- Peak shopping seasons
- Large sales events
- Unexpected supply shortages
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Shipping
Once your package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
The Milestone Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Weather
- Customs
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Carrier delays
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be canceled.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, product designs, graphics, photographs, logos, descriptions, branding, and digital content are the exclusive property of The Milestone Shop.
They may not be:
- Copied
- Reproduced
- Distributed
- Modified
- Resold
- Used commercially without written permission
Product Colors
Actual colors may vary due to:
- Monitor settings
- Screen brightness
- Printer differences
- Fabric dye lots
- Lighting
Minor variations are considered normal.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Milestone Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for:
- Processing orders
- Customer support
- Shipping
- Improving our services
We do not sell customer information.

Shopify Orders
Orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any policies displayed during checkout, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
The Milestone Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
